Jag valde att springa i 1 km-intervaller d\u00e4r hastigheten varierades mellan 10 och 20 km\/h (den h\u00f6gsta hastigheten h\u00f6ll jag dock bara i 500 m).<\/p>\n<p>I och med detta sj\u00e4tte pass \u00e4r jag nu uppe i ca 10% av den planerade l\u00f6ptr\u00e4ningen inf\u00f6r G\u00f6teborgsvarvet.
