Iofs p\u00e5 l\u00f6pband men det f\u00e5r r\u00e4knas det med&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dagens 7:a med varierande hastigheter mellan 11 och 20 km\/h var ett bra test inf\u00f6r morgondagens lite l\u00e4ngre pass p\u00e5 16 km. Planen f\u00f6r imorgon \u00e4r att testa formen inf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta helgs seedningslopp. Det vore trevligt att klara seedningsloppet, som \u00e4r en kvartsmara (10 548 meter), p\u00e5 en tid under 46 min och kvalificera sig till startgrupp 3 eller b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att greja en tid p\u00e5 46 min ska man springa sin &#8220;medelkilometer&#8221; p\u00e5 drygt 4 min 20 s (ca 13,75 km\/h). Det l\u00e5ter tufft men inte om\u00f6jligt. Planen \u00e4r att ratta in ett l\u00f6pband p\u00e5 14 km\/h imorrn och se om det h\u00e5ller i en kvartsmara, f\u00f6r att sedan forts\u00e4tta 5,5 km till i lugnare tempo. Har vilat kn\u00e4na f\u00f6r detta s\u00e5 jag hoppas det ska g\u00e5 bra.<\/p>\n<p>Inf\u00f6rskaffade f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt ett b\u00e4ttre b\u00e4lte idag. Nya stord\u00e5d med marken v\u00e4ntar&#8230; Idag pr\u00f6vade jag bara n\u00e5gra set latsdrag f\u00f6r att testk\u00f6ra och uppt\u00e4ckte att det \u00e4r en centimeter kvar till n\u00e4sta h\u00e5l s\u00e5 att det sitter b\u00e4ttre.
