Passade bra att J\u00f6rgen ville tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 Atletklubben d\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p>Efter n\u00e5gra omg\u00e5ngar mark var jag uppe p\u00e5 tidigare personb\u00e4sta och hade chans att putsa lite p\u00e5 sifforna. Nytt personb\u00e4sta \u00e4r 145 kg och det \u00e4r inte superl\u00e5ngt, typ 5 kg, till dubbla kroppsvikten vilket kanske kan ses som n\u00e5n slags skamgr\u00e4ns. Det ska inte vara om\u00f6jligt om man tar n\u00e5n vilodag innan och trycker i sig lite koffein&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Innan \u00e5ret \u00e4r slut vore det l\u00e4mpligt att \u00e4ven pricka av 1,5 g\u00e5nger kroppsvikten i b\u00e4nk och b\u00f6j.
