P\u00e5 onsdagen (#44) blev det en timmes morgonpromenad (Fysiken i centrum tor) ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r l\u00f6pning. Torsdagens pass, det 45:e, flyttades till fredagen och bestod av 11 km p\u00e5 Orust en konferensmorgon innan frukost. Helgens tv\u00e5 pass, #46-47, bestod b\u00e5da tv\u00e5 av entimmes motionscykelpass (totalt 7 mil enligt cykeldatorn) d\u00e4r jag l\u00e4ste Runner&#8217;s World f\u00f6r att kompensera f\u00f6r bristen av l\u00f6pning \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom ovanst\u00e5ende aktiviteter som sorteras in under g\u00f6teborgsvarvsf\u00f6rberedelserna har \u00e4ven fem styrkepass, varav ett p\u00e5 atletklubben, \u00e4gt rum.
