Fartlek p\u00e5 Safj\u00e4llet med tv\u00e5 kollegor stod p\u00e5 agendan och \u00e4ven om det var slitigt k\u00e4ndes det att benen f\u00e5tt v\u00e4lbeh\u00f6vlig dispans fr\u00e5n de senaste styrkepassen vilket f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt l\u00e4r bli fallet \u00e4ven n\u00e4sta vecka.<\/p>\n<p>Pass 49 utgjordes ocks\u00e5 av ett fullgott l\u00f6ppass i Skat\u00e5s medan pass 50-52 mer har best\u00e5tt av promenerande och motionscyklande. Det har blivit desto fler styrkepass och under de f\u00f6rsta 126 dagarna av 2009 (tom idag allts\u00e5) har det blivit 87 pass. <\/p>\n<p>Det vore nog bra att h\u00e5lla sig till schemat under de sista fem passen. Ska jobba p\u00e5 det&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I nul\u00e4get har Sverige 2-0 mot Tjeckien i kvarten och det ser ut att kunna bli en semifinal mot Kanada p\u00e5 fredagkv\u00e4llen.
