Blanda f\u00f6ljande i en mixer och var beredd med ansiktsskyddet och h\u00f6rselpropparna:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 dl kvarg (jag hade tv\u00e5 burkar l\u00e4ttkesella hemma men annan kvarg g\u00e5r lika bra)<\/li>\n<li>3 dl proteinpulver (jag anv\u00e4nde sk diet fuel men renodlat proteinpulver g\u00e5r \u00e5terigen lika bra)<\/li>\n<li>4 fullkornspepparkakor vilka bidrar med sin julighet<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4rmare en liter minimj\u00f6lk eller bara n\u00e5gon deciliter om du vill ha mer kr\u00e4mig konsistens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Frivilligt till\u00e4gg: n\u00e5gra bitar mandelmassa kan tills\u00e4ttas f\u00f6r en n\u00e5got s\u00f6tare smak och fastare konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>Uppskattat n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll: Ganska mycket energi (men med god m\u00e4ttningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga) f\u00f6rdelat p\u00e5 till st\u00f6rsta delen protein men \u00e4ven lite kolhydrater och fett (framf\u00f6rallt om man har i mandelmassan).
