F\u00f6rutom att r\u00f6ja upp i l\u00e4genheten, vilket ibland prioriteras bort i veckorna, och se film med Fredrik genomf\u00f6rdes \u00e4ven ett tr\u00e4ningspass p\u00e5 Nordiska. F\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull var det inte bara trams\u00f6vningar p\u00e5 dagordningen utan \u00e4ven marklyft och kn\u00e4b\u00f6j. Fredagen var vilodag s\u00e5 det var ingen id\u00e9 att h\u00e5lla n\u00e5got tillbaka.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r uppenbart att jag tappat en del under h\u00f6sten n\u00e4r jag inte har tr\u00e4nat ordentligt men jag pallade iaf med tre set med treor p\u00e5 155 i marken. I maj k\u00f6rde jag tre treor p\u00e5 175 men d\u00e5 fanns som sagt ett st\u00f6rre fokus p\u00e5 den biten.<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag angen\u00e4m tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i rygg och ben s\u00e5 lite l\u00f6pning var det enda som fanns p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsschemat.<\/p>\n<p>Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka k\u00f6ra ett ordentligt &#8220;hardcorepass&#8221; i veckan iaf, det borde det finnas \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till t\u00e4nker jag.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ig\u00e5r hade jag en ledig dag som kunde disponeras efter eget tycke.
