Next milestone is 1st of May and I have approximately 6 kg and 3 months left until the target, i.e. 70 kg on 1st of July. That means 2 kg per month if I aim for &#8220;linear progression&#8221;. To make it easy I&#8217;ll go for that and aim for 74 kg on 1st of May.
